Meet my latest for-fun piece! I just finished this diptych of my cockatiels, Henny and Swifty:oil paint on wood panel. This is the first time I've done oil on wood, but I'm addicted! The wood gives the piece a clean and modern look, and presents some new possibilities for the texture of the paint. My walls are going to be even happier soon!
